A: No (assuming you don’t show your report to anyone).

Q: I can’t view my report, why?

A: To view your report, you must have Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have it, click here.

Q: How do I print my report?

A: Click on the printer icon in the Acrobat Reader toolbar.

Q: How do I save my report?

A: Click on the disk icon in the Acrobat Reader toolbar.

Q: May I take the pre- and/or post-assessment again?

A: Yes. You may take either of the assessments as many times as you’d like.

Q: I'm attending a public program. How do I find out the time and location of the training?

A: A confirmation letter will be mailed to you a day or two before the training, including the time and location.

     Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape 6.2.
